Requirements for Financial Assistance: 

1. Picture ID (Driver license or any picture I.D.)
2. Proof of income (2 weeks’ paystubs, food stamps, TANF, Social   Security/Disability, child support and other income) from ALL adults living in the house!
3. Proof to justify reason for assistance:
   • Loss of wages (employer statement or check stubs showing loss of hours).
   • Unexpected Expenditures (Auto Repair receipts, medical receipts house repairs etc.).
4. Proof of medical appointment for Gas voucher.
5. Proof that client lives in our Local Area (Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Fort Morgan).
6. Plan for how you will handle your bills in the future.
