These are programs run at special times of the year
- Children's Cheer
- The Center conducts the Children's Cheer Program
for Gulf Shores, Fort Morgan and Orange Beach Families. This program
provides families with gifts for the children and food boxes.
The Center gives each family a turkey, chicken or ham
and canned or fresh produce for their Christmas dinner. Two photos of this

- Christmas Spirit
- The Center also has a program called "Christmas
Spirit". For some people the Holiday Season can be
lonely and depressing. Our project was created to provide a
little joy to those who may be "Poor in Spirit". There are no
age or financial requirements for this program. Names of those
who might benefit from a volunteer visit with a bag of small gifts
and goodies may be given to the Center.
- Children's
Birthday Club
- Many of our clients have little left over each
month to provide a birthday celebration for their children.
The Christian Service Center will give the child a birthday bag
decorated by area youth and filled with a cake mix, cake frosting
and candles. Also each child will be given a toy suitable for
its age and gender. The program is for newborns through twelve
years of age.
